The position is temporary (6 months), paid, and is located in San Francisco. The start date would be in early June and the application deadline is March 31, 2017. We?re looking for exceptional young professionals that are passionate about sustainability, climate education, climate science, or related fields. The Climate Change Education Fellow will work closely with the Bay Area Climate Literacy Impact Collaborative (BayCLIC)<http://instituteatgoldengate.org/bayclic> and their key deliverable will be to help put on local scientist and educator seminars for this collective impact collaborative.
Through our Fellowship, the Institute seeks to empower young leaders by offering paid professional opportunities that will shape their development as future park and social justice leaders. This unique experience provides professional training and mentorship in addition to hands-on experience.
