Event Dates:
January 12, 2020 to January 13, 2020
Location:
On Zoom

In 2016, at the UN Climate Change meetings in Marrakech, a group of people concerned about climate change education, communication, and engagement got together and shared an idea – an initiative that would address climate change education, communication, and outreach needs of both countries and non-government organizations.  What was once an idea has become an  organization – ECOS – the Education, Communication, and Outreach Stakeholders Community (https://climateecos.org/; on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ClimateECOS/)

As it evolves as a young organization, ECOS is conducting an “organizational design charrette” process to determine its priorities, capacities, and organizational structure going forward.  The Charrette Process features events in January, February, and March 2021.  ECOS welcomes your input and participation to influence and strengthen ECOS as an organization.  Share your ideas about how ECOS can thrive as an organization and community to support climate learning and engagement and build capacity for climate action at local, regional, national, and global scales.

The first events are two-hour “Inclusive Dialogues;” two identical gatherings on ZOOM that will accommodate different time zones.
