This is usually caused by a browser issue. Try the following please:
- Make sure your credit card issuer is not blocking the payment.
- Clear your browser's cache and ensure that cookies are enabled.
- Ensure that content/tracker blockers are not in effect that might interfere with the IECA site communicating with Stripe (stripe.com) and PayPal (paypal.com), our payment processors.
- Try a different browser. Chrome or Firefox are your best bets. But again, check 2 and 3 above.
