I used the "Request new password" function and it said it sent me an email, but I never got the email. What should I do?

You should get an email from admin at theieca dot org within a few minutes. If not, it means that a spam filter has intercepted it somewhere. First, check your own spam mailbox. Then check with your email provider (universities sometimes block such messages). There is nothing we can do to fix that, but we can still help. Let us know a different email address for you and we can change it in your account. Hopefully it will work after that. You can always change it back once you solve the problem.
