If you are not getting the emails you are expecting from IECA and you have double-checked your account settings, it probably means that a spam filter is intercepting them somewhere. First, check your own spam mailbox. Then check with your email provider (university, ISP, etc.). There is nothing we can do to fix spam filtering at your end, but we can still help. Let us know a different email address for you and we can change it in your account. Hopefully it will work after that. You can always change it back once you solve the problem.
