I'm getting "internal server error" when I try to login or do something else.

The most likely cause is that you are using Internet Explorer 8. For some reason, it does not work properly with the IECA site. Please use Internet Explorer 9, Chrome or Firefox instead. If IE8 is not the problem, then please try the following:
1. Clear your web browser cache
2. Restart your web browser
3. Try again.
