As the IECA board, we want to express our gratitude to 

- first of all, Mark Meisner, who dedicated over a decade of his life to IECA. We deeply appreciate your work, enthusiasm and commitment!

- Secondly, I would like to thank Shirley Ho for her editorship of Environmental Communication; she will continue with her valuable work and great organization of a continuously thriving journal until the end of 2023. happy pre-x-mas season ... which is potentially pretty busy :-)

We wanted to briefly let you know that Shirley Ho has served the Environmental Communication Journal well and is ending her term at the end of 2023. A search committee has been formed and will announce a call for applications in the near future. Please look for that call for applications that will come out around December 15th.

Also, hopefully you got a positive response from our great conference committee related to your COCE2023-conference submission.
