2023 COCE Graduate Student Pre-Conference

June 5, 2023 at James Madison University, Harrisonburg, VA

Are you a graduate student interested in environmental communication? If so, the International Environmental Communication Association’s (IECA) 2023 Conference on Communication and Environment (COCE) Graduate Student Pre-Conference is designed for you!

The Pre-Conference will be held in-person on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 9:30AM-4PM at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and will feature leading environmental communication experts for two roundtable discussions and a hands-on workshop on teaching skills or professional branding. You will be asked to choose ONE of the two workshop tracks during registration.

Advance registration is required and can be completed through the online conference registration portal.

Cost (includes lunch and coffee breaks):

  • Standard Rate for grad students and post-docs: $25
  • Lower Income Country Rate for grad students and post-docs resident in lower income countries: $15
