Sponsor, Exhibit, or Support COCE 2019
The International Environmental Communication Association invites publishers, academic programs, research centers, non-governmental organizations, foundations and other interested organizations to participate in the 2019 Conference on Communication and Environment.
In addition to attending the conference with approximately 300 environmental communication practitioners and scholars, there are three further levels of participation.
Sponsors
Sponsors receive:
- prominent acknowledgement, including your logo, on the conference web site
- prominent acknowledgement, including your logo, at the conference venue
- prominent acknowledgement, including your logo, in the program guide
- prominent acknowledgement, including your logo, in other conference materials
- flexible exhibit space at the conference
- full-page color announcement in the program guide
- inclusion of your brochure or flyer in conference materials
- two complimentary conference registrations
- the opportunity to sponsor specific aspects at the conference such as keynote speakers and receptions
Minimum Sponsor contribution level: $2000 US.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors receive:
- acknowledgement on the conference web site
- acknowledgement at the conference venue
- acknowledgement in the program guide
- flexible exhibit space at the conference
- full-page colour announcement in the program guide
- inclusion of your brochure or flyer in conference materials
- one complimentary conference registration
Minimum Exhibitor contribution level: $1000 US
Donor
Donors receive:
- acknowledgement on the conference web site
- acknowledgement at the conference venue
- acknowledgement in the program guide
- half-page colour announcement in the program guide
- inclusion of your brochure or flyer in conference materials
Minimum Donor contribution level: $300 US
