A valid passport is required for citizens of all countries entering Canada. Citizens of certain countries and territories may also require a visa. We advise you to contact the Canadian Embassy or High Commission in your country for complete and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that apply to you.

Letters to support a funding application

Once your submission has been accepted you may need a letter to support a funding application. If so, please make sure you are an IECA member. Send your request, including your full name and address and the name of your presentation, to coce2019 at theieca dot org.

It may take a couple of days to send back your letter. It will be a PDF that you can use online and/or print.

Letters to support a visa application

Once you have registered, we can provide an official letter of invitation to support your visa application.

Whilst we will send a letter of invitation to support your visa application, it is your responsibility to apply for a visa to attend COCE 2019. Please note that The IECA will not be financially responsible if you are unable to obtain a visa.

If you want an official letter of invitation, please send us your full name and address, nationality, passport number, and the name of your presentation. Send your request to coce2019 at theieca dot org.
