Letters of invitation to support a funding application

Once your abstract has been accepted you may need an official letter to support a funding application. If you want an official letter of invitation, please email coce2017@le.ac.uk

Letters of invitation to apply for a visa

Once your abstract has been accepted and you have registered, we can provide an official letter of invitation to support your visa application.

Whilst we will send a letter of invitation to support your visa application, it is your responsibility to apply for a visa to attend COCE 2017. Further information on the standard visitor visa (this will be suitable for most visitors) can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/overview. Please note neither The IECA nor University of Leicester are financially responsible if you are unable to obtain a visa.

If you want an official letter of invitation, you must send us your full name and address, nationality, passport number, the name of your paper, and any other info you want to have included on the letter to coce2017@le.ac.uk.
