The IECA is currently staffed by one person, Dr. Mark Meisner, on a part-time contractual basis. Board Members and volunteers are also helping with the Association's work.
Mark Meisner, Executive Director
Dr. Meisner has experience as a teacher, editor, information technology consultant, media analyst, and administrator of cultural programmes. His areas of expertise include environmental communication, information technology, media, climate change / global warming, sustainability, environmental ethics, and environmental affairs generally. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Queen's University at Kingston, as well as Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Studies from York University in Toronto.
